Can blow drying your hair affect your hair?

Blow drying cant affect your hair , Allot of people will say that the heat of the blow dryers will ruin and affect your hair. it depends on why type of hair you have! If you feel your hair seems very dry and knotty and rough then you need to buy some heat protectant spray , you can buy heat protectant especially for blow drying which should help :) x
