On which month the results of the Green Card lottery DV 2008 will be mailed?

The results of DV 2008 are not mailed. Only the winners will be mailed a letter with further details and instructions on the process from Jan-April the following year. If some candidates are disqualified for any reason more letters will go out until about October fo the same year. DV 2006 winners just received their letters earlier this year.
