How do you spark sexual interest again?

My opinion is that loss of sexual interest is most likely a sign of something else that is wrong in the marriage. If both parties love each other and are working together to make their marriage work, are best friends and are communicating, you will usually be interested at least some time. It could also be that there is a loss of physical interest because body characteristics have changed. Step 1: Talk honestly about what you feel you are missing (most likely there is something on BOTH sides) . . . be kind; Step 2: create a plan to work out whatever issues there may be. Step 3: Execute the plan in good faith; Step 4: Get busy!!!!
