Who is the weakest Pokemon ever?

Magicarp, he doen't even attack and if he does he only flops around.

You can't even eat a Magicarp! it's just scales and bones.

Why would they make a Pokemon like that.....?

Well, if we didn't have Magicarp, we couldn't get Gyarados...so I guess we should give Magicarp a little credit....
