Is there any mythology refering to a war between Vampire and Werewolves and if so what is it called?

In the very earliest stages of the myths vampires, werewolves, and ghouls are all pretty much the same thing. It is only later that distinctions are made. The vampire/werewolf hybrid however is a very recent innovation.
