Only years with an odd number of days (common years) can have a middle day. Which is the 2nd July (182 days before and 182 days after). Leap years having 366 days have the midpoint at the end of the 183rd (or the start of the 184th) but in countries where daylight saving is used, and the clocks were put forward one hour in spring the actual midpoint is at one hour after midnight on the 2nd of July, when 4392 hours have elapsed and there are 4392 hours remaining.
