What size centeral air and heat do you need for 2000 sq feet?

I need a whole lot smaller central air and heat unit than you need. First I made sure that I had R51 insulation all around: floors, walls, and ceilings. Then I made sure my doors and Windows were the latest type and did not leak. The unit I need for my entire house would not take care of one of your rooms.
