Safety warning.Ensure that both front wheels are off the ground before attempting this repair. Use suitable means of securing the vehicle raised.

Failure to do this could result in injury as the link rod will be under tension, and will almost certainly "fly apart" when removal is attempted.

That said..

They are held on with one nut at the top, and one nut at the bottom.

Remove the nuts, and the link rod should just lift out. It might need a bit of "gentle persuasion" due to corrosion. Re-fitting is the reverse of removal.

Make sure you use new nuts, and tighten to the correct torque setting.
