You can lose weight but not that much in 2 weeks. The only way to lose that much in such a short amount of time is to starve yourself which isn't good because you will gain weight instead of losing weight a Good way to lose weight fast is EXERCISE and DIET. Exercise everyday for about 30 minutes. Jump rope, run, and just other things like squats and push ups. Go on a diet too. Don't eat bread pasta candy chocolate and other junk like that.
