1. Eat healthy (no fast food more than once every three weeks i any at all) 2. Plently of exersise 3. Drink lots of water 4. Watch your blood pressure 5. Watch your consumption of clolestral (you need it to live but too much will not only clog the arteries to your heart but your liver will be damaged) 6. Don't smoke Here are some more ways to keep the heart healthy:

1. Watch your weight by maintaining a low fat, low-calorie diet.

2. Include more vegetables and fruits in your diet every day, along with foods that contain fiber.

3. Eat less sodium (salt)

4. Exercise regularly- try swimming, aerobics, cycling, jogging, dancing or a brisk walk. 5. Drink Alcoholic Beverages in moderation and if you smoke, quit smoking altogether

6. Include fatty fish at least twice a week or take a supplement like CardioMatrix which has omega 3s and other nutrients, like CoQ10, folic acid, phytosterols, to keep the heart healthy.
