Is an IQ of 141 good for a 10 year old?

A child of this age with such a high IQ will experience many issues that may become problematic in life. There is the isolation that is often associated with a brain that can function at such a high capacity. Such a highly evolved brain will usually cause a lack in social graces or being able to communicate with other children. Being too advanced can be troublesome for a 10 year old.
