Who makes Black-max mowers?

The Honda Black Max self-propelled mower sold a Sam's Club is made by Husqvarna Outdoor Products. No mention in the owner's manual, but the deck plate has an HOV label and the oil that comes with the mower is HOV 4 cycle oil and the label on it states that it is made by "Husqvarna Outdoor Products".
