What nutrients does a Venus Flytrap require to survive?

A Venus fly trap needs 12 hours of sunlight each day, or 6 hours of artificial light. Of course, it need flies to feed on. You also need to keep the soil of the VFT moist at all times. Some people say VFT plants are the hardest plants to take care of. Good luck with your plant!
