Who are nasalizes?

Nasalizes, or nasalized vowels, are speech sounds produced with airflow through the nose, resulting in a distinct resonance. In many languages, such as French and Portuguese, nasalized vowels can change the meaning of Words. These sounds occur when the velum (the back part of the roof of the mouth) lowers, allowing air to escape through the nasal cavity. Nasalization is also a feature in some dialects and languages, adding to their phonetic diversity.
