NO ONE is a loser at EVERYTHING (unless you're writing from prison with a sentence longer than a lifetime). Everyone can do something. You just need to figure out what it is that you do well and then how to apply that to a job.

You have to start by believing in yourself. Today you seem to be at the bottom of that scale. Think about the things you like to do; things that you like are usually things you're better at than things you don't like. Sit down with a pencil and paper (or your keyboard) and just list the things that you like the best. Next to those, write what skills are used for that. Then think about the things you've written and how they apply to a job or occupation; what can you use these skills for.

It's not a quick fix, work on it for a while. When you start to get some answers or develop some ideas that can work for you, then figure out how to get from where you are now to where you want to be (that's called goal setting). If you're a high school dropout and want to be a rocket scientist, that is not impossible, it will just take longer. Without a goal, you will not succeed at anything; and if your goal doesn't suit your abilities, you will not succeed no matter how much you want it.

Once you have a goal in mind, figure out what 'step one' is on the road toward it and then make that step. What education do I need; where can I get it; what little jobs will be a good background for where I'm going. Cleaning floors or answering phones at a broker if your goal is in finance or at a hotel if you want to run a resort; it takes you on the inside to see how it works and who's who. Goals can shift as you go along because you learn new things on the road, but you will still get to a goal IF you are on the road.

Now, you have to live (eat, pay rent, pay your internet bill) while you work on your goal, so you also need a job now. You won't find one by giving up. Look everyday, any job you are qualified for even if it's cleaning toilets or a fast food job (I've done them all), or a better one if you can. You will have a better chance of getting and keeping a steady job if you have a positive attitude about it. You get that positive attitude when you remember that this is just one step on your road. If you let bosses or coworkers that are jerks or treat you badly veer you from the road (and they will try), you will continue to feel like a loser. Don't let them deter you, if you are on YOUR road, you can stride right past them and keep going. You'll be on your next step while they're right where they were. Anytime you are deterred, look at your mental list that takes you to your goal and keep going...
