The best low calorie snacks have a lot of "crunch," no fructose and perhaps a little protein. Try an Apple, a small handful of almonds or other nuts (walnuts are higher calorie, but still not outrageous), a low calorie yogurt (check that there is no fructose or use plain with added fruit), a boiled egg, celery with a small amount of peanut butter, unbuttered popcorn, 1 oz real cheese with 5-6 crackers, vegetables, a small bowl of non-sweetened cereal...
