How do you get Darth maul in Lego star wars 3 the clone wars beta?

You need to purchase Darth Maul from the Mos Eisley Cantina. His lightsaber cannot be used in the bacta tanks for some reason, but purchasing Maul will enable you to use him in Free Play mode. First, however, you need to beat Episode 1.
