On the contrary to the above mentioned answer, I know the top 4 states, Wyoming, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the last one starts with an I. And to the above mentioned writer, I sincerely hate you. I'm not cheating, I'm supposed to be doing this
