Where is the fuse for the power outlets in a 2008 Toyota Highlander?

I have a Toyota hylander hybrid 2006. Just in case anyone is looking for its cigarette lighter's fuse box in this thread it is located behind the little pop out storage compartment to the left of the wheel. You have to pull this compartment out and will find the 15amp fuses both there.
