What does the acronym HOVENSA stand for?

HOVENSA was formerly a refining plant owned by a Hess Corporation subsidiary, the Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corporation (HOVIC). In 1998, a joint venture between Hess and Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A. (where the majority of the crude oil is sourced) was started. Thus Hess Oil and PDVSA yield the name HOVENSA.
