How could you put back the price tag on something?

If its a kimble tag (one that is punctured through the cloth) then you without the tag gun. If its a security tag again without the magnet you cannot. If its a sown on you may be able to stitch it on but a good store assistant will see it - If this is being returned then there is every chance it will be rejected.
