Who is better United Kingdom's SAS or America's Navy SEALs?

This question calls for an 'opinion' and should be answered as such.

S.A.S.Well, it's not exactly an opinion but the S.A.S tend to do better in training exercises according to NATO. Navy SealsI would have to say the Navy Seals because after all they are the masters of water, land, and air. SAS are overrated. People think they're the best, truthfully they are elite and awesome at what they do, but there not the best.
