I know how you feel. I've been overweight my whole life and I'm only 19 now and Im 5'6 at 180. I used to weight 190 but lost the ten pounds doing hot yoga 2 times a week, eating pretty healthy but not really and going hiking once a week. Drink lots of water and try to eat more whole wheat then white flour. My doctor told me any normal person my height should be 135 to 145 but because the way my body is built and I have large bones and muscle mass he told me if I was under 150 I'd be unhealthy so really. Go ask your doctor and he'll give you some good, helpful advice
