How do you use game maker 8.0?

Your question is far too broad, so my only suggestion is to go online and search for a tutorial because nobody will be able to answer your question. Or perhaps look at the sample games on Game Maker, toy with them, and figure out how to make games for yourself (That's what I did!) .... Make more general questions, because nobody will ever be able to answer you.
