What means to call special some one?

if you meant you are the person to be called that special someone, means that you are very special to him/her...he/she loves your company, enjoys talking with you, you shared some corny jokes but still laughs with each other..in short there is love.. some may love you if youre special... but some doesnt like that..for example, he/she just really enjoys your company with you as a friend, but theres nothing more... to answer your question...just ask the guy or that girl to really know whats the real deal between the both of you i hope i did help you ^__^
