What does it mean when someone says copy and paste ten times?

From what I've learned in the, "Hood," they'd like you to run across the street and pick up newspaper with a sexy picture of Hilary Clinton on it. I'd recommend NOT doing it for the safety of your children and family. It also may be helpful to just run away when you are confronted with this statement.
