When was the chocolate bar bounty invented?

The Bounty chocolate bar was first introduced in 1951 by the Mars Company. It features a coconut filling covered in Milk Chocolate, and it has since become a popular treat in many countries. The bar was later rebranded and is now also available in a Dark Chocolate version.
