Why does object permanents fade from the mind?

It's only been from recent so not too long ago. It's like a matrix thing to be perfectly honest and I'm freaking the f out. This morning again I go and look if the washing on the line was dry to find no washing what so ever, so I phone my bf to ask where the heck the washing is to his surprise he told me it should be on the line and so I go and look for argument sake while on the phone not even 5 minutes after I first looked and called, and by some for God alone knows what reason their the washing was, back where it was first hung up.

This is happening more and more frequently and I was this close to filming it but I not sure if it's my vision dying or object permanents is becoming nonexistent in my mind.Any help would be appreciated.PS if I try and mention this everytime it gets shut down by my phone dying or my internet going Haywire or just for some reason it's like when I tell a wall the same thing to a fellow human. Why is this happening to me.
