The language might be different so the people will have to learn a new language. For some people especially older people this is not easy.

The culture will be different. Adapting to a new culture can be extremely hard. Even moving to a country that might speak the same language the culture will be different. This can be harder if you are a minority in the new country. Many people suffer culture shock and feel depressed after moving to a new country.

Because of the above difficulties it might be hard to find a job in the new country.

It might be hard to find food that you are used to.

Even handling different money can be difficult at first.
