What is the present condition of pashupatinath?

The present status of pashupatinath of kathmandu isnot so good.There isnot proper management of garbages inside it.The dust that people have thrown arenot manage properly by the government.We should alert the government through various ways like praising the people,giving them advice to throw garbage inside the dust bin.
