Why does the US have Private health care?

Because, We are supposedly a free trade republic in which the most local levels of government have the most power meaning the individual family government has greater power than the state government and the state government has more power than the federal government. What this means is that the federal government has no authority to impose any laws or programs that violate natural, constituitional, or peoples law. So since the feds cannot legally provide state healthcare then private entities must be formed for people to buy into and if the governmet were to eliminate these private institutions then they would violate the unalienable right of freedom to contract and freedom of financial security. By the way think if supermarkets were run owened and operated by the government or if universities, banks were all owned by the government then free enterprise would not exist and America would no longer exist.
