Water contains no calories (pure water) so if you only drink water the only weight you gain will be temporary (the water resting in your body until evacuation), and no fat will build do to zero calorie intake. the way to not gain weight after a water fast is to brake the fast in the same amount of days you did the fast. so if you did a 3day fast then the next following days you would use to brake it. you need to eat very very small portions of steamed veggies or small portions or fruit to brake the fast because your metabolism has slowed a lot. what ever you do DO NOT BINGE this is the number one mistake most people make when there done a fast and that's why everyone says you will gain the weight back.
