How long will you go to jail for stabbing a minor to death?

Questions like this make me chuckle. Sadly, it has nothing to do with how the victim was made dead. It does have everything to do with making someone dead.

Across the board, First degree Homicide carries the death penalty or life in prison. Second degree Homicide carries sentences from 15 years to life. Third degree Homicide, or Negligent Homicide carries 15 years or more depending on circumstances.
