What is the dimensions for a work bench with over head cabinets?

Typical base cabinets are 36 inches tall including the counter top and 24 inches deep. The counter top will overhang one inch making the whole unit 25 inches deep. The splash board will be 4 inches tall. Wall cabinets are mounted 18 inches above the base cabinets (24 inches above the stove) and are 12 - 1/4 inches deep and are 30 inches tall with a full soffit or 42 inches tall with no soffit.
