the ideal procedure is to start you engine just warm up a couple of minute about 10 minutethen turn it off, first thing to do is to turn you air screw clockwise all the way down until it stop turn dont turn it to hard it might damage the air screw and next turn your idle speed screw 1 or 1 1/2 in my case i just turn 1 turn complete in case you dont have tachometer to get 500 rpm.
start the engine and turn the air screw this time only just only the air srcew slowly back counter clockwise turn 1/4 at a time just wait 10~15 second to allow engine to catch up the adjustment every 1/4 turn continue backing additional 1/4 turn now the total about 1/2 turn this time(note: just listen the idle speed at its highest rpm) if you felt at its speed was up then turn additional again 1/4 turn counter clockwise,then full throttle without hasetate then adjust the idle speed counter clockwise 1 or 1 1/2 your previous setting.
If you do this setting within 60kph to 65kphper 1Liter was consume.
