The best time to kiss your boyfriend for the first time would be right after he does something sweet like: Bring you flowers, take you to dinner, carry your groceries, fix something around you apartment, but if he has done none of these things I would say after the 3rd date keep him guessing if your really into him, do not let him know right away men like a chase.
