The Confetti Blaster was a limited time furniture item for your igloo. It has only been available 3 times. June 10 - October 13 2011, July 12 - November 8, 2012, and January 14 - March 11, 2015 are the only times it has been available. To use it, press the up or down arrow once and confetti will blast out.
