How many people die from texting while driving in Michigan?

In Michigan, the stats can be somewhat inaccurate due to the fact that not all people using cell phones while driving are actually texting when a fatal car crash occurs. It has been estimated that in 2010 there were over 880 cell phone/vehicle related deaths. Many laws and bills have been passed in the state in recent years to curb this trend.
