Well, first it depends on your meals. If you mean "healthy" as in a lot of meat, yogurt, and cereal, that is NOT healthy meal. A healthy meal (lunch) would be:
2 pieces of WHOLE WHEAT bread, with a veggieburger, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with a glass of milk. That is a healthy mean. Also, you should NOT eat four meals a day, you should only eat three. Eating four will get your stomach and body used to that amount of food, and, after you loose weight, you will start eating crappy food for those four meals. As for the exercise, any good exercise would do well (if your doing it for one hour). The best to loose weight would be to run for one hour. If you can do a 7 minute mile, and rest for 13 minutes in between, you will be able to do three miles a day, which, with your good meals, will make you loose about .25-.75 pounds a day. Good luck!
