Why is there a need to upgrade medical facilities?

To ensure that all new technologies needed to make medical tests/check ups better be present in the medical facilities. Those things do may cost so if you ever get to medical facilities with not a lot of new equipments, it's because of the expenses. The technology that people have invented nowadays is really upgraded that it really helps a lot of problems in the medical field.
