What is the appropriate attire for real estate agents?

Dressy, professional clothing. Your image is the first thing you sell. Hair should be styled, nails should be of a ppropriate length and neat, shoes should be free of scuffs/damage/etc. The clothing doesn't have to be expensive to be nice. Especially if you are a beginning agent, you must watch your budget, so shop around at discount stores, consignment shops, and online. Just make sure you look like you know what you're doing.... :)
