What are the causes of underdevelopment in third world countries?

Their is a very real answer to this question. It is how we are wired, genetically. This factor produces a thing called culture, and culture dictates our interaction in the communities around us. Dont think for one minute that there is a lack of intelligence or some sort of inhibiting factor, Africa is known for its simplicity, and the locals are happy with thir existence. My genetics dictate something different, and I strive to create and origionate whilst the more common approach is emulation due to lack of apparent requirement for change. In short, why complicate life, you live, you replicate and you die. This mindset makes it easy for the thugs and criminals like Robert mugabe to take advantage of a population that really doesn't see the link between industry, science, and western religion and the herd of cows sitting on the hill. Maybe the west has to question its slave mentallity where so few have so much and so many have so little. Either way we are both in a sad state of affairs. Incidently, research will show that in the ancient sumarian texts, Africa was known as ABZU or hell as we know it in The Bible.
