What gang is more vicious surenos or nortenos?

Surenos are because they are not to mess with. You cant even look them in the eye because then they will want beef with you. And Nortenos they mess with each other but not always with Surenos. Nortenos hardly kill people or fight and Surenos are known to kill every day of the week. Surenos will beat you down until they think you had enough but Nortenos wont do that.
