What is the Holy Spirit to the unbeliever?

It depends. Some who do not believe in any God would likely say fictional. Others, of different religions sometimes ascertain that there is an invisible force for good and have given it many different names. From a Christian standpoint, Holy Spirit is what God uses to achieve his purposes. Sometimes this includes touching the heart of an unbeliever to open up to the teachings of the Bible.
