O (ii) cross A (IAIA or IAi) will give either 100% A (if mother is IAIA) or 50% A and 50% O (if mother is IAi). Rh- cross Rh- will always give 100% Rh-. The two loci (I and Rh) can be considered independently because of independent assortment (one of Mendel's Laws). Therefore, if mother is homozygous, first generation offspring will be 100% A-, and if mother is heterozygous, first generation offspring will be 50% A- and 50% O-.
