What kind of stigmata did each saint have?

Only a few saints have been blessed with the wounds of Christ - St. Francis of Assisi, Padre Pio, for example. In their cases the wounds were visible and painful. Some saints have had the invisible stigmata - the wounds are still painful but not visible - St. Gemma Galgani is an example.
