Crunches and running/jogging have always helped when I want to lose a few.
skipping fast is meant to burn a lot of caliries
Exercising every day and healthy eating is the best way.
At least 60 minuets of activity. there is no real fast way, but there are a few things to help.
1- Twists waist and hips. these help tone and develop a better defined figure.
2- Crunches of any type. will help tone your abs
3- Cardio. Jogging, skipping and whatnot. burn the calories you would usually store
And remember to drink lots, it re- hydrates you and makes you feel fuller for longer.
