Why are white people so smart?

It is not that they are smarter than any other race its because they are more likely to finish college then blacks and Hispanics.

Who may tend to stay on the streets and become high school drop outs more then whites so they get longer and better education!

And yes I know its not fair but our races need to learns how to stay in school and work hard!
