What era are humans living in?

We are currently living in the Cenozoic Era, which is in the Quaternary period, and the epoch being the Holocene. Yet some scientest are referring to the most modern times as the anthropocence era, which supposedly began around the Neolithic era, the great transition from humans began primitive hunter-gatherers to agriculture, husbandry, civilation, and intelligence.
