They fall under an exemption, provided the following criteria is met:

• The truck is operated by the farmer, immediate family members, or direct (W2) employees of the farmer.
• The truck is registered as a farm truck, and not as a commercial vehicle.
• The truck remains within a 150 road mile/100 air mile radius of the farm it belongs to.
• The truck is used solely and exclusively for the purposes of that farm, and is not used on any third party basis.
